Capability

Win has worked for more than 12 years in Marine Surveying and as Operations Manager in oil, gas(LPG/LNG) chemical/liquid. He has extensive sea service on a variety of vessel types, commencing as a cadet in 1980 with NOL, Singapore, gaining his Master Mariner Competency in 1991. Win remained at sea until 2005 with NOL/APL before coming ashore to work for a reputable global inspection and testing company where he remained until May 2017. His years of sea service and more than 12 years in the liquid inspection and testing industry have provided Win with a huge depth of knowledge across a range of Marine Survey categories, in particular Petroleum Products and Crude, LPG, LNG, and Chemical Tanker loading and discharge, shore tank farm and refinery facilities. Now a director of SEAWEIGH, Win brings not only a wealth of experience, but a highly regarded reputation for his abilities and ethics as a Marine Surveyor/Inspector.
